RFP Homes LLC - Terms of Service

By signing at the bottom of this Acknowledgment Agreement, the undersigned real estate investor(s) (“Investor”) agrees with, understands and acknowledges the following:

1. Affiliates of RFP Homes, LLC hold active real estate licenses in the state of Texas. We do NOT represent you as a real estate agent in any capacity whatsoever unless agreed upon by all parties in writing.

2. Understands to perform your own due diligence and verify any numbers presented before signing a contract to purchase.

3. Understands RISK OF LOSS in real estate investing can occur and that by its nature is SPECULATIVE. Investor should not rely on any information provided by RFP Homes, LLC or any of its real estate agents. Any information provided by an associate of RFP Homes, LLC is derived from public data and is intended to be used as a guide for the Investor.

4. Understands that purchases are made AS-IS. Due to the nature of the transaction, the seller will have no knowledge about the condition of the property and cannot provide a seller’s disclosure. The condition of the property is SOLELY the Investors responsibility to discover.

5. Understands the seller of the property may or may not have TITLE to the property. Seller may hold a legal binding contract intending to purchase the property on a future date.

6. Understands that any email messages and the contents of those messages are intended solely for the addressee. Investor acknowledges that the information within any messages may be legally PRIVILEGED AND CONFIDENTIAL. Any electronic transmission is sent in trust for the sole purpose to the intended receipt. Investor also acknowledges to not reproduce, disseminate, or forward the contents of any electronic transmission received from any RFP Homes, LLC associates without the express written consent of RFP Homes, LLC.

7. Agrees that ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES (Example: DocuSign) have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures as laid out in the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.

8. RFP Homes, LLC does not represent the owner. Investor acknowledges to NEVER CONTACT THE OWNER/SELLER without the explicit consent of RFP Homes, LLC. Any attempts to renegotiate or make contact with the owner will result in legal action.
