Our marketplace is exclusive to verified real estate investors. We require a brief qualification process to ensure you're a serious investor with the financial capacity to close deals. This includes out-of-state investors, first-time buyers with adequate capital, and experienced professionals. We maintain this standard to protect our seller relationships and ensure quality transactions for everyone in our network.

Our inventory includes distressed single-family homes, flip-ready properties, infill development lots, and small multifamily properties (duplexes, triplexes, and quadplexes). Yes, and we encourage it. Most properties have a scheduled showing listed in our marketplace — RSVP and your investor advisor confirms the details and meets you there, so you can walk the property, bring a contractor, and complete your due diligence. Most listings have a showing on the calendar within days of going live. If you need to see a property outside a scheduled showing, your advisor can usually coordinate a private showing within a day or two, depending on the property and seller access.
We source properties through multiple channels including direct seller marketing, distressed property leads, foreclosure opportunities, estate sales, and our network of wholesalers and other real estate professionals. Our team actively markets to motivated sellers throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area, allowing us to secure properties before they hit the public market.
