Property Availability & PricingAll properties are subject to availability, and RFP Homes reserves the right to withdraw or modify any listing at any time without prior notice.Prices displayed on the website are subject to change and may not include fees such as closing costs, assignment fees, or other expenses related to the transaction.

Non-Disclosure & ConfidentialityBy engaging with RFP Homes, you agree that:Any property details, pricing, or contract terms provided to you are confidential and intended solely for your evaluation as a potential investor.You will not disclose any proprietary information to third parties without RFP Homes’ express written consent.
8. Fees & Payment Terms Assignment fees, earnest money deposits, and other transaction-related costs will be detailed on a per-property basis.All fees paid are non-refundable, except as explicitly agreed in writing.
9. No Guarantee of Profitability RFP Homes does not guarantee that any property will be profitable or that an investor will achieve any specific return on investment.Market conditions, repair costs, financing options, and other external factors may impact the outcome of an investment.
10. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, RFP Homes and its affiliates shall not be liable for:Any losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or purchase of assigned contracts.Any errors or omissions in property descriptions or contract terms.Any failure of a transaction to close due to unforeseen circumstances.
11. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RFP Homes and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs arising from:Your use of the Services.Your participation in any property transaction.Any breach of these Terms.
